On/Off & Modulating Quarter Turn Actuators
Crane ECQ range of Quarter Turn actuators offers compact design, extended torque range, easy installation, robust components, ensuring an extended life span. The safety features avoid operational hazards. Optional features also expand the versatility of the actuator.
Actuators are provided with accessories to enable mounting on to Crane Fluid Systems Butterfly Valves directly.
- Power Supply: AC 1 phase – 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz / 60Hz
- Control: On/Off and Modulating
- Modulating Signal: 4-20mA / 0-10 V / 2-10 V Feedback Signal: 4-20mA / 2-10 V (field adjustable)
- Enclosure: IP67 protection with anti-corrosion grade Epoxy polyester powder coating.
- Torque: ranges from 50Nm to 6000Nm
- Duty Cycle: On/Off S2 – 60Min, Modulating S4 – 40%
- Limit Switches – 2x SPDT
- Moisture Proof Space Heater.
- Ambient Temp -25ºc to 70ºc.
- Relative Humidity – max 90%.
- Overheat Protection: At 125ºc, power cuts off. When the motor cools, heat protection recovers.
